With his Diploma in Automobile from SES Polytechnic, Mr. Masali has over 16 years of work experience, all of which has been spent in developing and growing along with PCL. He joined PCL as a Trainee Engineer and over the years he has grown from an engineer, to a Sr. engineer and is currently a Manager. He has a team of 90 operators and 3 engineers and is responsible for the entire life cycle of the new component development from review, process flow, machine selection, to tooling and casting prototype machining. One of his many achievements includes his ability to set up technology roadmaps for others to follow. Mr. Masali is extremely customer focused and is an exemplary representation of this value at PCL. | ||

Armed with a Bachelors in Commerce, a Degree in Law and a Masters in Social Work, Mr. Sanjeev Malvadkar has over 19 years of work experience, of which 14 years have been utilized in the area of employee development at PCL. In his tenure, he has worked in the length and breadth of people operations. He joined the organization as a Personnel Officer and since then has been a part of the HR function, playing myriad roles, some of them being : labour welfare officer, head training and development, industrial relations, compensation and benefit across all facilities of Precision Camshafts Limited. He is currently also the project manager for the “Orbit”, an initiative recently launched to make PCL an employer of choice. Known for his calm disposition and amazing people skills, Mr. Sanjeev Malvadkar is a role model for the PCL Value “Respect”. With over 22 years of work experience, Pradeep has been with Precision Camshafts Limited for over 18 years now. After receiving his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and his Diploma in Business Management from Shivaji University, Pradeep joined PCL as a trainee engineer. Over the years Pradeep has been a part of the machine shop, maintenance and has also been actively involved with new product development. Today a senior manager in the organization, one of the key strengths that Pradeep has displayed in PCL is in terms of advancement of his technical expertise. He has been instrumental in maintaining the “Breakdown Uptime” consistently to an astounding 99% against the set benchmark of 97% thus contributing significantly to the profitability of the organization. Through his active involvement in new product development, Pradeep has showcased excellent technical knowledge & innovation & has up held the PCL value of “Entrepreneurship”. | ||

Mr Chidanand Mundodgi |
With ten years of experience, all of which is in Precision, Mr. Mundodgi has done his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from SES Polytechnic, Solapur. He started his career as a Trainee Engineer in tooling management and pattern shop. He has been a part of the production department taking on the responsibility of the fettling shop, shell molding, melting department. He has contributed immensely towards day to day production enhancement and quality assurance. His implementation of the change in process from manual to automated has helped in reduction of manpower. His innovative efforts have also resulted in a reduction in energy consumption and reduction in the cost of the melting department. Mr. Mundodgi, in the past, has also leaded the transition of the new foundry established in PCL. Along with a team of over 100 employees, one of his key achievements includes the creation of innovative processes leading to metallurgical reduction of 2.5 from the previously existing standards of 5% thus impacting positively the bottom line of the organization. Mr. Mundodgi has been extremely agile towards the changing needs of the organization and therefore it would not be incorrect to say that he has set a benchmark for the value of “Agility” throughout his interactions in PCL. | ||

With over 15 years of work experience, Mr. Gade has done his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He started his professional journey with Precision Camshafts Limited and since has taken on roles that have supported the growth of the organization. As an engineer, Mr. Gade was first a part of the quality assurance team. In his journey from a senior engineer to his present position of a Deputy Manager, Mr Gade has been a part of the production team. He has been responsible for the melting section, dispatch section, knockout section and is currently the plant in-charge of PCL’s new foundry which is mentoring over 180 employees. Mr. Gade has kept quality a priority in his works and has set many benchmarks for others in the organization to follow. He clearly represents the “Excellence” value of PCL. | ||

With 11 years of work experience, Mr. Sathe began his journey with PCL as an Engineer. In the last five years with PCL, he has been on a fast paced growth path and has been a key member for the foundry processes. This includes purchase to dispatch. He started his journey as a shell molding in-charge and has since been responsible for areas such as productivity, rejection and improvement of all export products. Under his leadership the production of camshafts has increased from one lac camshafts to two lacs camshafts per month thus directly contributing to the growth of the organization. Mr. Sathe has done his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and currently heads a team of close to a 300 members. Owing to his great analytical ability and constant need for improvement, Mr. Sathe is an epitome of “Excellence” at PCL. | ||
