People development is critical to the culture of PCL. There has always been immense focus on ensuring that employees learn and grow with the organization. Most of the focus in training is in the area of Quality, Health & Safety and Management programs. Training with regard to some of the best practices such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, has also been introduced as a part of continuous improvement at the work place.
At PCL we follow a holistic view towards training. We believe that by disposition, all individuals want to succeed and are yearning for self improvement. Even those perceived as “successful” by others feel stagnated if the learning comes to a stand still.
