Mr. Roy has a vast experience of over 21 years in the development of the modern engine, PTO parts, i.e., Clutches, Clutch actuation system and brakes system. He has headed an MNC in establishing a greenfield manufacturing plant till fully productive stage. He is responsible for maintaining PCL DNA throughout the machine shops and achieving the productivity, sales plan, and profitability. Also focused on new business development and looks forward to additional roles within Precision Group where he can contribute to futuristic manufacturing processes .
