SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/76 on 30th May 2022 regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for dispute resolution under the Stock Exchange arbitration mechanism for disputes between a Listed Company and/or Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents (RTAs) and its Shareholder(s)/Investor(s). SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/145 dated July 31, 2023 on “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market” which is a common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) which harnesses online conciliation and arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market has been established.
